Vegetables & Herbs

Vegetables
Hintons has a long history of providing young plants for its customers to grow-on in their gardens and allotments.
"This year we are growing over 90 varieties of vegetables,
plus a collection of popular culinary herbs.
Visit us in the spring and summer to see our range of top quality young plants."

In addition to the traditional varieties of brassicas, beans, salad crops and fruiting veg, we always try a few new and unusual varieties, some recently developed, others heritage varieties which we are helping to preserve. The first of our vegetable plants are usually available for sale around Easter time, with the range growing as the season progresses.
